However too much stress can lead to more profound situations resulting in an inability to cope with many different situations including our work life, home life and recreational time.

Our ambitions, lifestyles and personal situations can contribute to stress, many people use the phrase "burnout" to describe the level of stress that they have been under and this can occur from working too long in a high pressured job or environment.
